Winter Weather update - 21:00, Fri 17.01.13

Update:

The Met Office has revised the weather warning and there is currently an amber warning in place for us starting Friday morning through night with a yellow warning following that for the next two days.
There is also a red warning for Wales (valid from Friday morning) - the first time I've seen a red warning for snow since the new warning system has been implemented.
